External Dispute Resolution

Before seeking help from external dispute resolution, please contact Mobility Mutual on help@mobilitymutual.com.au

Once Mobility Mutual has reviewed and concluded your complaint and if you are not satisfied with our resolution, you can escalate the issues to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) – an external dispute resolution body.
